Fun atmosphere with good food. You can call it in for takeout, or drop by. They recently expanded the restaurant to provide more seating. I will warn you though...if you go when the world cup is going on, the service takes a little more time because they get excited about their soccer.

JDawg is right on the money!

I love Pancho's. The restaurant is very clean looking and the staff is always very nice. The prices are great. You get a nice sit down Mexican meal with alot of flavor without the high price.

I used to like Cancun, but it seems so icky and dingy...

Pancho's is great...close to Wal-Mart so when we do our usual weekend grocery shopping, we are close enough to have a meal at Pancho's and then proceed to Wal-Mart...we don't have to drive a great deal to get a good meal.

I love mixing the salsa with guacamole and sour cream...great appetizer.

Best Mexican in Knoxville: We used to eat at Cancun's Mexican restaurant, but then Pancho's came into town, and we haven't been back to the other place since. They have excellent service, and their prices are un-matched. The lunch special is always great. I would recommend you try the number 7. It is the Chicken chimmichanga.
