User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHavana House in the Eastwood Mall in my opinion is cheating their customers concerning the amount of tobacco they sell in the bags. They claim that we are geting the same amount of tobacco in the new bags that we were getting in the old ones. I know for a fact that we are not because I always run out when I purchase the same amount of bags I used to purchase when they had the old bags. I by three bags of tobacco every month. The old bags would last me through the month. Now when I buy three bags I run out about a week before the month is up. I believe this is because the new bags weigh more than the old bags and when they weigh the tobaco in the bags, it seems like both the old bags and the new bags have the same amount of tobacco. I believe that if someone was to take the tobaco out of the new and old bags and weigh them, they would find that the new bags do not have the same amount of tobaco in them.

The Bags are shipped directly to us from the manufacturer, if you would like come in and we will weigh the tobacco with certified scales to show you that there is exactly the amount stated on the bag. we DO NOT bag our own tobacco, hence the seal on the bag when your purchase it. I hate for people to think that you are being cheated, when there is not a factual base for you to say that. Please come in so we can resolve this situation.
