   I never bother to write online reviews, but my experience here was so terrible that I feel obligated to write negative reviews. I ordered roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day (2008) and even paid extra to tip the driver for speedy service. However, the service was hardly speedy as they did not arrive on Valentine's Day. In fact, they didn't even arrive until 4 PM the next day! Two other things to consider. 1) I called the florist four times during the day, in case they needed more information, etc. (even though they did have my phone number). They assured me everything was ok, every time. 2) My girlfriend's office is THREE BLOCKS AWAY. No kidding... you can WALK to her office from this florist in less than five minutes. And they are still billing me the full price for a delivery on Valentine's Day. PS. I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau about this. This experience was everything that is wrong with businesses in Detroit.
