Cute. Cozy. Trendy. Great food.

I have been to Thistles twice now and both time have had a great experience. Their menu has a nice mix of both unique dishes and the american bistro usuals. Their menu also changes every couple months with the exception of some house favorites, which I think is neat. The first time I went was with my husband and we sat in the back room. That was perfect because there was live music playing in the main room and we got both the music and a more quiet atmosphere. The second time was with my sister and we were in the main room, though there was no music. Good service both times.

Good food, but...: Every time I've been there, the service has been lousy. One time, it took an hour get my food. Another time, they had several appetizers on the menu that I wanted, but they just didn't have in stock.

Very Relaxing, Tasteful Dining: Thistles has a very calming atmosphere with its serene blue walls and candlight, and if you're lucky, a live singer playing an instrament. I have been there 4 times. Once with a group of 10 and three times with my husband. The food is delicious. The wine is wonderful. The service is accptable. For the atmosphere the price is reasonable too.
