   I will never take an animal to this animal hospital. They turned away a dieing dog because they were "busy". This is unethical and I believe this place should be shut down. They are a group of uncaring people and their office manger is VERY rude. Poor little Waldo died in the back of a car while being rushed to another vet as result of the unprofesional behavior of the hospitals staff. If you love your pet take them some where else.

   Lake Region Animal Hospital refused to see my severely injured dog after he had been hit by a car. We were referred to them my our own vet who was out of town at the time. They turned him away and sent him to another vet about 25 miles away, and he died on the way to the other vet. They then told my vet that we never showed up with the dog which was a total lie. Two people showed up there and both were told that they were too busy to see him and he was sent on to Portland Emergency Clinic. I believe this total lack of caring and compassion is unconsionable in a veterinarian hospital. I would recommend that anyone who uses this vet or anyone who plans to use them think again. They killed my dog and they may do the same to your pet. I rate it no stars!!!
