I work at the Fairfield Inn & Suites right down the road from them or Old Portland Rd, Brunswick, and we reccommend them to all guests that inquire about pizza/ sandwiches/ or delivery! The crust is nice and crunchy on the outside, chewey on the inside- great salads and sandwiches!! Highly reccommend!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starstoday is June 13, 2008 I ordered two italians, one with extra ham & pickles the other was regular both with salt pepper and oil. I picked them up and brought them back to where I work and my co-worker and i could not tell the difference and there was no oil on either. I called and spoke to the manager, but did not get her name, told her my story she seemed putout with me from the very beginning although she did offer a new sandwich, which I nicely declined because my lunch break was almost over. The manager RUDELY hung up on me. up until today we enjoyed going to Brunswick House of Pizza, We will not be returning. It's not so much we paid for food that wasn't right, but the fact that the manager hung up on me.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWhile the pizza is AMAZING (best quality pizza in town) the rest of the items on the menu is lackluster. Go there for the pizza, but don't expect great quality from the rest of the items on the menu.

It sounds as though through your admission that you were offered a compensation for their mistake and you declined it, so what was the point in calling if you didnt want them to fix the problem? Just to complain?
Sounds pretty typical. The manager (Lynn) is generally rude. Their food is decent, but I'm really put off by her attitude. Whenever I've gone in there, she's snapped at one of her employees "You've got a customer!" and glares around. It's the only time I've been to a restaurant where the owner/manager has acted like that.
