Yes, on the surface they are nice BUT...they do have hidden charges (multiple alterations) and are not timely getting to you. I would suggest as the other three ladies say...stay away from them!

RUN I TELL YOU RUN! these people seem to be very kind and friendly. That is till they have your money. These people are very dishonest esp. about the prices on dresses and sizing. They will sneak in the fee without telling you when in fact I've called the the label myself and there was no fee for my dress size. They dont put in your order until that label does not carry the dress anymore and then the owner of the store will try to sell you the expensive one and try to add in nick nacks for half off or free when you buy something else , well in fact in the end they sneak that price in by altering the price of the other items you are purchasing in the end your paying the same amount you would be maybe a little more if you purchased with "no half off". I think thats very dishonest. These people are SCAM ARTISIT and been at it for awhile. They say that the store had water problems among other problems but when I looked into it, that space is for rent. They tell you anything to get your money. Ive also notice that top labels that you cant not find at david bridals , that house of jonli carried , have been dropped. When I looked into it , they did not make their payments to the labels and so they were dropped. Ive also witness them smile to peoples faces and as soon as they had left they would start talking bad about them to other customers. what kind of service is that!! They have nice dresses but if they didnt then they wouldnt even make it. They do a disappearing act when you need to get more info. about your dress order. They dont call back because that means they havent put your order in when they promise they would do it right away.

To all the brides these people are no good. They made my wedding hell and I almost had the worse day which was suppose to my happiest day! Good thing I had a back up store. JUST STAY AWAY! EVIL WOMAN!

I don't know what this TP person is talking about, this store is not out of business! Me and my entire wedding party just ordered our gowns from these ladies last weekend. They offered to come to my home and we did everything there. They were so nice and very professional! I can't tell you how many bridal stores I've been to in the past few months! I didn't even know they were around. I was looking for a particular gown for myself and my bridesmaids, found that they were in the area called them and set up an appointment. The lady that answered the phone told me that they currently were not in their store but that they were making in-home showings. I couldn't believe it! How convenient is that? They explained that they were doing this until their store re-opens. So, I had all of my bridesmaids to come to my house and we made the best of it - we made a bridal party out of it!! They really do have some beautiful gowns! They brought the exact styles I was looking for and a few more that I didn't think that I would like for us to try on. I really feel like I made a major accomplishment and now I can focus on another task this weekend.

Well to those of you who didn't think they were nice or customer service oriented, well.... I don't know what more you could ask for. They certainly answered my prayer!!

Kudos to the ladies at House of JonLi!!!!!
