User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI absolutly love Kobes, every time i go our cooks are excellent have good attitudes and personalities. I would reccommend this restuarant for anyone in the area...however the food can be pricy

Very poor customer service,treated disrespectely over a request for water. When inquiry made to manager in regard to why no water he indicated you must request water. During this conversation,a waitress was loudly interjecting into the conversation. The manager failed to request a halt to her extremly rude behavior. After all of the discussion the manager nor the waitress never provided water for my child. The waitress just indicated if we do not eat the food(which was already before us) then "you" don't have to pay for it,the manager just smirked. Also the rude waitress was not the same waitress that took our order at the sushi bar.I recommend Bowie Town Center for Japanese cuisine if you desire great customer service and food.

Sit at a table cooked for by "Roll" at your own risk. I was splashed with hot grease and butter. Suffered minor burns to my stomach and grease stains to my sweater. The reaction by both the chef and the manager were less than apologetic. (Didn't charge me for $6 sushi.) "Roll" was very heavy-handed with the oil creating a huge fire in front of an 8 and 4 yr old. His splashing of oil and butter were negligent. AND his treatment of me afterward was very unprofessional. Acted as if I was trying to get out of paying the bill, when all I wanted to do was enjoy a meal without being burned. Disappointed and unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere.
