User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOur experience at Bird River was horrible the manager has no people skills. The crabs that she showed us before we ordered were different than what we were served. Unfortunately, she didn't do anything for us to make it good, she really lacks customer service skills. We ordered $52.00 a dozen crabs, they were extremely light, we will never go back there nor refer this place. However, the server was fantastic thumbs up for her.

bird river is a great place to eat and drink a little.they have great food from crabs,to steaks.the people who work there are also very good at what they do.i would eat there again.but next time i'm bringing a group of my closiest friends.thank you for a great time.dan k.

I would pass on the Bird River Inn because it did not look very inviting. It looked run down and dirty.

If you have never been inside a place, you should not be judging. We own a restaurant in Michigan and since we purchased the place, we have been slowly renovating. Since it was cheaper to start on the inside, the outside had to wait. The outside was not the greatest looking, but if you judge everything by the outside you will be missing out on some off the best places!!
