User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDr Howard Fein is OK. I have been seeing him for about 8 months for severe acne. He does not seem to remember me or my skin. But Dr Fine is professional, and he treated my problem like a doctor should.
His staff however, are in need of some job training. They have managed to lose some of my information. When I called them, they seemed very disorganized and juggled me around on the phone.
The girl i ended up talking to BLAMED me because they lost my labs. I don't see how it is my job to keep track of their paperwork. This resulted in my treatment being pushed back yet another month.
Needless to say, I will be looking for a new Dermatologist soon.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsTalking to him is a little awkward. He does not make the patient feel at ease, but the office is beautiful and his staff was very nice. What I do not like is that he writes comments about you on his computer screen. He said that I was "normal temperament for my age." It just made me wonder if he writes "abnormal" sometimes....
But yeah, i will go back. he gives out great samples too!
