Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ

the food is okay, not great but not bad, the service is great, the only thing about this place is that it is not cheap. some of the cheapest plates cost 10 dollars while a majority of them cost around 25 dollars. to me thats too much for 6 pieces of ribs, in this case i rather make my own at the fraction of the cost. the thing that really annoyed me the most of lucilles is that there are no napkins. the napkin that they give you, i got it dirty within 5 minutes. so why is this a problem? well for me i cant stand a dirty napkin(clean freak) and then when you are done, they give you a plate of hot towels that seem to be dirty because they have stains. these are used in order to clean yourself but to me they still look dirty(the stains on the cloth look like barbecue sauce stains). overall if you are not a clean freak like me you will enjoy this place.

This is a local place for us and we LOVE it! We have been there many times!!! Its a favorite amoung all our family and friends.It's good ol down home BBQ!

My mother-in-law,from Memphis, Tenn., could make the BEST SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN in the world. Guess what? I found it's match at Lucille's Absolutely as good, if hot better. And surprise of all, their deep fried dill pickles. I never had one before and if you like pickles, treat yourself. What a great sensation. WOW!!! The resturant had a fun atmosphere. Workers especially friendly. GO!
