User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food and atmosphere is good. The service is not. The management staff has been rude on my last two visits. I won't be back.
The last time, they wanted me to call their corporate office to troubleshoot a gift card that I'd received. I asked him to call. He got an attitude and reluctantly called and fixed the problem, but with attitude, and it took him about 20 minutes to do it. The time prior, my group and I arrived at 11pm on a Friday night, we ordered drinks and asked for a food menu, the manager suggested that we go to TGI Fridays because they were planning to close the kitchen early because they were slow.....no wonder they were slow. We won't be back.
