Thieves – that’s all I can say about this company and the Wesley Chapel Office. They overcharge for glasses and then they credit your account, and never tell you. The only way to find out is to go into the office and ask. I would suggest to every patient of this company that they call the office and ask for a review of their individual accounts. The receptionist in the Wesley Chapel office has no concept of customer service, and blatantly lied to me today. She told me that the company did not need to refund me because they already knew I would be coming back – funny – when I cancelled my appointment today and walked out, I received a call from the head office in Zephyrhills apologizing and telling me that they had sent an e-mail to the Wesley Chapel office several months ago, and told them to refund the overpayment. This must be a new revenue stream for the company – customers check your accounts – keep them honest.
