User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe service that I have gotten is very poor. I had to have my engine replaced. No loaner car was given. I called 2 dealerships in Birmingham, and 1 dealership in Decatur, and all 3 would have provided me with a loaner car. Having to miss work, due to I work 52 miles away from where I work, and no other vechiles in the family, I am a single parent. You would think that all the dealerships would have the willingness to help their customers. Not Precision Honda of Jasper, AL. They are different. Would never deal with them again, and wished I never had. Guess you live and learn. But will tell everyone I know not to deal with them.
