The BBB gives them an "F" rating and so do I. I dropped off two expensive garments to be dry cleaned and they both came back damaged. One garment had multiple spots on the front and back and the other had two dark spots on the front that looked like ink. The store manager said she couldn't do anything. The company owner looked at the damaged clothing and said that it wasn't anything that they did, even suggested that the spots were already there and I just hadn't noticed before I brought them in. No apologies, no refund of cleaning fees, certainly no compensation for ruining two expensive pieces of clothing and offering absolutely no level of customer service. The company owner wouldn't even return my phone calls, but communicated only via the store manager. Makes it easier to avoid accountability to your customer if you don't have to interact with them directly. The worst business I've ever had the misfortune to interact with.
