HORRIBLE customer service. Had to wait over 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time due to another family's "car trouble". Really? Make my 4 and 2 year old children wait for someone's elses issue after we arrived on time? Needless to say, pictures turned out terrible. Little kids can only be patient for so long. Very rude gal took the photographs. Could care less what poses I asked for when taking the shots. Worst aspect though, did not get the backdrop we SPECIFICALLY requested when making our appointment. Had to use the standard black and white "formal" backgrounds. Didn't want those at all! Another family was using "our" backdrop for a large family reunion picture. Only had the one in their studio. I could go on and on. A phone call to their corporate headquarters got me a nominal gift certificate to use for a future session. No thank you. Never used it. Don't ever plan to visit them again. Waste of my time and $$$. My advice to them, hire friendly, courteous, knowledgable photographers or shut their doors. Honestly can't believe they are still open. UGH!
