I've been to this place twice now, so I can really tell a big difference now that they have better professional management. Katie Wilson, the new Manager, actually called me personally to express her apologies with my first experience, which while the quality of work was good, I was made to wait 35 minutes without anyone telling me what was going on or even apologizing. Kate stepped in and even though she wasn't working there at the time, offered me a service when I stopped by again and she met with me personally. That was very professional of her and I could really tell the difference since my first time.
You can really appreciate that even though these are students, 1500 hours of learing and applications to so many people is quite impressive. The value is the best around, and I'm perfectly satifisfied getting a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax there. I'm going to try getting my back waxed the next time around. Katie Wilson was who changed my outlook, and her professional direction is now really showing in her staff and students. If you've never been there before, go there. If you have been there before Katie, go there again and you'll see the difference for the better.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars**DO NOT GO HERE** This was the worst "spa" experience I have ever been subjected to. The students, as well as the teachers, are the most unprofessional people I have encountered. The services are inexpensive, but you pay for what you get.

This person Shelley has no idea of what she is talking about. The service is amazing here. In fact it is better than most expensive day spa's. I have been coming to get a spa day for a long time now and I have always been treated like a Queen. Maybe Shelley should try doing what these girls do and see how easy it is for her.
