User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever got what I ordered: I ordered item on 11/17 expecting to get by Christmas, well it's 12/27 and never got item. It hasn't even been mailed yet! They finally printed out shipping label on 12/10! That is when everything stopped. It is not on back order, they don't know what happened. Good luck getting a "live" person to talk with. If you email them you only get an automatic reply, no real person. NEVER order from this company!

i hate this company they always charge you two or: they have charge me two times for the same items and you can not reach them on thephone this is the last time i will order from them
