User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur Family has been in the area since 1969 and have tried several Doctors until we started with Dr. Petersen over 20 years ago,when his practice was on Algonquin Rd. There is no way I would change my primary Physican Dr. Petersen for another.This year I changed my medical provider because Alpine Family Physicans is not on their list.Dr. Petersen knows his patience and his patience know him to be an excellent primary physican.

Dr. Peterson and his staff are a great medical team. He has been my doctor for 15 years. He put me in the hospital for kidney stones when other doctors did nothing except give me the run around. He fixed every problem I ever showed him. He has open Saturdays for walk ins without appointments. I have been there over a dozen times and so has my family. We all like him and his staff.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI would not recommend this doctor: I have been to this doctor 6 times. Each time I have waited for at least an hour to see a doctor. There has never been any follow up to my health care and at times, I feel like they have not really cared about my personal health. I have liked the doctors there when I am face to face with them, but the long waits and the major lack of follow up plus lack of guidance on health issues leaves me no choice but to not give them a good rating. I have heard from many others that this practice is too big for it's own good.
