| About: | Senior home sharing provides an opportunity for seniors age 62 and older, to live independently in an affordable shared home. Shared housing offers companionship affordable housing. We have security, mutual support and more. We offer two shared housing categories, match-up programs help find a compatible home-seeker to pay rent or shared living residences where a number of people living co-operatively as a unrelated family in a large dwelling. This small not-for-profit provides a shared senior life-style through the creation of group homes where seniors live together as a family. Benefits include: An opportunity for seniors age 62 and older to live independently in an affordable group home. A warm, comfortable residence with private bedrooms for six or seven seniors. Case management and social services Community interaction & socialization A place to enjoy a mix of privacy as well as the companionship and company of others. |

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy father was a resident of the Park Place home for more than five years. The care that he received and the stay was great for all of us. It was an affordable, safe, family place where Dad could be. We are very greatful that there was a Senior Home Sharing home that Dad could live. It comes highly recommend by the Russell Brewer family of Whaton Illinois (David,John, Robert and Anita)
