User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe people are friendly, and relatively efficient. The place is clean, and they have free Starbucks coffee! The overall quality of the cleaning is good, but not great.
BUT, they were great at finding a lost button. I didn't realize it until a week after I got my clothes. I called them, described it, they went to look while I was on the phone, found 3 that roughly matched, held them for me. When I got there, they had it for me.
On the other hand, they matted down the nap of some cashmere sweaters I brought there. I would bring fine clothes to a better cleaner.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starslife saver: I have been taking my items here for the past couple of weeks now, nothing seemed extraordinary about it, until I got an emergency call for a bussiness trip and neeeded items that the cleaners told me would be ready after my plane was scheduled to leave!!!! I called frantically and asked if my items would be ready on time, the service was calm and collected, asked me what items I needed, prioritized them and told me that they would be ready when I needed them. Talk about great customer service, I used to go to Lake City Cleaners, they had terrible customer service and ruined several of my items, with no compensation or friendly service!!! This place casts an enormous shadow over them. Go here.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNew Ownership, much better!: Recently CD one price cleaners has changed ownership and the service is much better. The new owners are hands on and really want to make sure your happy with their service. Plus, they are open on Sundays!
