This is a great redevelopment of the old Army base Fort Ritchie. They are planning commercial and residential real estate that will make use of the historic buildings that exist on the site. There are a couple beautiful lakes and lots of outdoor activities for people living in the area. This will be a good location for government offices seeking to relocate as a part of BRAC. Visit their site at http://www.fortritchie.com for more information on available space. COPT is the development company and they are using green building methods. The community center is now completed.
