User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIf you order online double check your receipt! The Richmond location charged more than the online receipt shows. The store would not honor the total given online, and claimed that their prices were higher than the prices they list online. However, even when the total was added up with their "real" stated prices, the receipt that showed up with the delivery driver was still $2 higher than it should have been. No, this is not a lot, but it is still over a 15% upcharge when you are talking about a $12 pizza order. Also, rather than the actual money, it is the principle of the matter that is worrisome.
Yes, the food is good, but they should be able to account for exactly what added up to equal the total cost, especially when it does not match the advertised total (and yes delivery costs and taxes were all accounted for).
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTried this place for the first time just this weekend. Sooooo delicious! It wakes up your taste buds! Tried the BBQ chicken and LOVED the fresh cilantro. Clean, cool music. Well worth the price. I wish there was one her in Maryland.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI can't wait to back: Greeted me and my friend with smiles at the door...let us know of the (great) specials b4 we got a good look at the menu...Excellent prices! and the food.....soooooooooooo good...I had a chicken parmesan sub...the subs are big and tasted just as good...me and subway gonna have to have a talk. My friend had pizza...Nice size individual pizza...and every bite was worth the price! I will be goin back again.
