Party Station

My son needed a costume for an assignment at school and I a coworker told me about Party Station. The staff was GREAT! I recently moved to Virginia and got lost trying to find the store - the clerk was very helpful and patient while giving me directions. When I arrived at the store I found what I was looking for and my son was the best looking George Washington ever! I would suggest Party Station to anyone.

I love this place and the ladies who work there. I am always in there buying clown white (I am a gospel Mimer). They are always so helpful. I went in the a few weeks ago because we were doing a dance which required me to nail Jesus to the cross. I know what I wanted to happen but didn't know the supplies I needed. I went into the store, told her what I was trying to do. She opened up her tool box and help me figure out which product would work better with the material I was using and the times I needed it done in. I don't know to many big party stores that would have done that. We I went back in a few days after we danced she even asked me how did it turn out. It is nice going into a store where they remember you and always willing to offer suggestions on new things. They keep me up to date on the new makeups and things of that manner. For all my party, dance, and any other needs I always go there first. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need.

I have been on a "mission" so to speak for a specific party item. I have been driving and calling all over town ALL day when I was refered to Party Station. I called then and began to explain what I needed. She said she didn'nt have what I was looking for so I asked if she knew of any other place I could try. She rudely cut me off and said "The thing of it is that I don't have it and it's our busiest time of the year" and hung up on me. I understand that it's busy but that is no excuse for RUDE, curt behavior. I work in retail and if I did something like that I'd be unemployed. What kills me is that she's probably a manager or shift leader or something....real good example. I won't be spending any money or referring anyone to this store and I will make it point.
