Testimonials of Service: I would like to personally thank Dylan Trent with E-Realty for handling all of my real estate needs in my recent Chico, CA. home purchase. I live out of state but was interested in buying a rental property in the Chico area. After discussing my needs with Dylan, he was able to make some important suggestions concerning any potential purchase. After we had all of the information on the table we began a search for just the right property. Dylan showed me the homes that were available and I entered a contract soon after I found the one I wanted. At first, I thought the transaction would be difficult since I live out of state. However, it turned out to be quite easy. The technology that E-Realty uses helped make the information flow seamless. For the most part, Dylan handled all of the paperwork, made contact with my lender, worked out all the inspections, and basically took care of it all. We were able to complete the transaction with a courtesy signing right here where I live with no problems. The transaction went very smooth and it was due to Dylan's perserverance, professionalism, and overall great attitude. However, it was his overall knowledge of the real estate market and conditions that helped make the property search and purchase an overall success. Thank you Dylan for all of your hard work....I appreciate it very much. If I ever need a real estate professional in the Northern California area again I will certainly give you a call.
