User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey use all the tactics to try to get you to use their services. There fees tend to be higher than most, (about 50% I have found) and when you try to ask questions they do not answer them. They try to make you feel stupid, like you don't know what the process is and I have been doing this for years and years. The process is simple, the calcualtions are simple, and you do not need to be a rocket scientist to perform the job.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDissappointed. ABI said things looked great. We locked in the rate and paid $500 for an appraisal. Then we didn't hear from them for weeks. When I contacted ABI they said sorry, the loan was not approved. They denied the loan for reasons that they knew about upfront(we weren't living in the home at the time)Our credit is excellent and our downpayment was a whooping 50% of the value. I can't believe I wasted so much time with ABI.

Quick and easy...: We were pre-approved quickly...Dennis knew just what we were looking for, now we just have to find the right house!!

You guys are so full of it. That is why they are busy where as others aren't.
bb- I guess you know the loan volume of every other lender out there to make that statement. Everyone here was speaking specifically about their experience with this lender. By all means use them, pay more for it, and enjoy all the hassle they bring.
