I have had more than 20 jobs printed by Uprinting.com. We are a small nonprofit and for us, value, service, and timeliness are crucial. Uprinting has exceeded our expectations on every count. After years of using local printers (who farmed out their jobs) and being constantly frustrated I feel that Uprinting is changing the whole landscape for business printing. These people give attention to detail and their pre-press crew seem to really care about your job and take notice of little formatting errors in the file that they can correct. For all the grumpy, uncooperative, over-priced print shops I ve used over the years I say, you get just what you deserve. Anyone who tries Uprinting will never go back. If you know how to prepare a finished, commercial quality pdf file of your job, then these folks will do the rest. Uprinting changed our way of doing business.
We own a vineyard and winery. I ordered labels for our bottles from UPrinting. I had some issues that they helped me work out about getting all the text on the label. They were FABULOUS!!! I have never had anyone help me in such a professional manner....he never made me feel stupid. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. You can bet we will continue to use Uprinting. I have been using the services of Uprinting.com for both myself and my clients and have been totally satisfied with their marvelous service. Here is the thing guys--On the plus side, and there are a lot - The costs are within almost anyone's budget, they do an excellent job, they are responsive, and they have coupons and specials that make it very easy for me to do my marketing magic for my clients. I get exactly what I put in, Sooo if you put in the wrong information, you're gonna get the wrong information back. It happens and it is not Up's fault that I have done that - I have never been left hanging on an order, I get regular emails, and if I have a question, I can pop them the question and get an answer within a few hours. (hint: if you don't think you are getting a response, check your spam box) -- I really like these guys, and no, I don't work for them - They have been really good to me and my clients and I know that I can count on them for anything I need -- They go out of their way to provide me with the service I need and are totally responsive to my needs. I have gotten some beautiful prints using a clients cheapy camera shot and the colors have been absolutely stunning! I would give them a higher rating if it were available. What I do not do is wait until I absolutely "have" to have stuff immediately and then get mad when they can't do it. I have a great deal of respect for these professionals and know that they have a great deal of respect for me. I am totally willing to wait to get a perfect product than go somewhere else and get a half-a$$ed job, slapped together by a neophyte that will cost more in the end. This is really a good group of people to work with and I have never been disappointed in their service or product.
