User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent Service: Although they appeared to be a little more expensive at first, we are VERY happy with the service from J2. They came out and gave us a firm quote on the service and then came out and shampooed an entire 4 bedroom house and then a full sectional couch and recliner for less than $400. WOW! They did an excellent job and their service was 2nd to none. They even tried to talk us out cleaning the couch because they didn't think we'd be happy with the results. But we were! These guys rock!! I'll be back for sure!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe carpet looked new!!!: I live in a townhome, where with two teenagers and three dogs, a year a half later the carpert looked like it would have to be replace. I knew of J2 and had them come clean it. They had mentioned they do not use harsh chemicals so there wouldnt be that "after" smell. First they actually arrived on time!! How many other vendors in Vegas do that. I had prepped the house for the, but stashed things in closets, trying to make it easy for them as possible. Well not only did they do the main carpet, but they moved the items in the closets to get them too. Also, of the dogs, one is old and tends to have many accidents and another is a baby that we have been potty training (with many many accidents). I couldnt believe how nice the carpet looked!! It looked better than when we moved in. All the stains were gone, it felt great to walk on!! I would and will suggest J2 to anyone that is looking for an excellent carpet cleaner that is prompt and really know their stuff!!!
