User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI love my car but am very unhappy with this dealership. Supposedly, we worked out a deal with the salesman. They gave us a good deal on our trade but the finance manager was extremely pushy. He insisted that our finance company required GAP insurance, which cost an extra $2000. I work in a similar industry & am aware that it is not required. I informed him of this but he would not let up. In the end, it was purchased and is now in process of being canceled. The deal the salesman created and the final deal were not the same. Payment was well over what the salesman had informed us of. I was treated like I was not important because I didn't have enough credit to get the car in my own name. (It was financed in my father's name.) Although, I am the reason we drove 80 miles to the dealership. The finance manager said legally he did not have to talk to me because my name was not going to be on the paperwork. He was rude, pushy, and inconsiderate. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. When people ask where I got my car I tell them but I say you do not want to to business there.

My daughter and I went to Riverside chevy on 8/21/09
spoke with a sales person by the name of Ike(Isac)and he seemed to be a nice guy but in the end he was either incompetent or dishonest and their finance guy
Baker Mitwalli was just a pain the deal we thought we had worked out did not materialize the numbers were just wrong so I would just say Beware!!! of this dealership the (sonic group)Leadership come from the top good or bad. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI got great service from Riverside and no one was pushy. I referred some friends who were also happy with their purchase. I told them what I how much money I would put down and what I would pay. They were very easy to work with and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I will go back and recommend this place to anyone who needs a car.
