Derrick's face painting is perfect children (and adults!) age 4 and up. He uses traditional sponge and brush technique to apply water-based paints that are 100% safe, FDA approved, non-toxic and easily removed with soap and water. Derrick is based in New York City but will travel anywhere via bus, plane, train or car. He is a professional, fun, stylish and presentable addition to any type of event from birthday parties to corporate galas.    Hi everyone! I met Derrick last year. He was working at a private party and I accidently "crashed" it with my kids! He was so nice and painted E up anyway! And he did an awesome job. I took his card and we agreed that he's come out to NJ for my a birthday party. I admit it did seem over the top to hire a NYC talent for a 7 year old's party in NJ... but it was well with it. Derrick was so easy to work with.. and it was a really special event. The kids all looked great and really loved the face painting. They waited so patiently for a turn. Derrick was really great with the kids too. A week later people are still talking about the great party we threw! Thanks Derrick!

   We loved having Derrick at our daughter's party. Having twins that are huge on face painting I can't tell you how many times they've had their faces done. They've never had anything like this. His attention to detail and creativity amazed us. What an amazing addition to their birthday. He's the best! Yelly
