The electrician came to our rental townhouse and fixed a problem in the bathroom. It worked fine for 3 months, then the problem appeared again. When I called again, I asked for assurance that if they fix the problem, and the problem appears a 3rd time, would I get a warranty on the particular work. The electrician refused and hanged up.
The electrical problem was fixed and operated properly for three months. This customer (who lives out of state) wanted us to return three months after the problem was corrected at no charge, troubleshoot and repair another problem in the same circuit in his rental property. When he became unreasonable on the phone I told him never to phone us again and to call another service.
