User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsInadequate, unsafe and generally below average.: I am a current penthouse resident who signed a 12-month lease. I have been here for 11 months and am moving out early because I am unhappy with nearly every aspect of the building.
Run! Don’t walk from this place. If you have discerning taste, you will choose to live in another high rise building. If you want to talk to me further about this, please contact me via email with your specific questions and I will be extremely happy to speak with you.-

Manhattan Luxury in Denver: I moved into 1600 Glenarm a few months ago and it is amazing. I live in a 1 bedroom with a great view of the city and mountains. Having moved from Manhattan, I was shocked to find something comparable to the apartment I had there.

where else would you suggest one find a high rise?
Thank so very much for the comment. Its amazing how most plsces in Denver just do not care about their renters. Good Luck ...you just saved me some major headache.
As a current resident I find the comment above hard to believe. I have lived at 1600 Glenarm for the past 7 months and love the place. The staff are courteous, nearly to a fault; the apartment is great; the service anytime you want anything is beyond reproach. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. I looked at a lot of other buildings in the area and not many compare. Also friends of mine who are renting at other places downtown are experiencing heaps of problems - me not a single issue.
