User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had water build up in my back yard and needed a drain system put in. I made time to meet him, he told me everything he could do and that he would get back with me with an estimate. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!
I kept calling, left messages, but for some reason, I never heard back from him. I had estimates from other landscapers for about $800 to $1000. So I don't know if that was too little or too big for him. But regardless, he shouldn't be wasting my time telling me that he's going to do something, and then refuse to get back with me. Whether it's a big business or a little business, that's just ridiculous.
