I live in Texas and found a used 2010 Ford F-250 online via the Mall of Georgia website. I needed the truck by year end and only had 2 weeks left in the year of 2011. I sent an email inquiry and had an online sales representative, Tom Sliger call me immediately regarding the possible purchase. He put me at ease and gave me confidence that we could get the deal done within my requested parameters. I had my doubts being that I have purchased vehicles out of state multiple times and have had snags in the process each time. The communication was top notch and I was more than pleased each step of the way. We got all of the paperwork agreed to and completed very quickly and I took the liberty to search for a shipper to transport this oversized lifted truck. No luck at all as I made each call. All of the companies that I contacted had a policy not to ship vehicles over seven feet tall. Tom contacted me shortly after my dismay and had already set up the solution to my problem. He had hired a driver to bring the truck to me. The driver arrived 2 days later after his 900 mile trip and was a very professional. The condition of the truck was flawless as previously stated by Tom. I am more than impressed by the customer service of the whole team! I had the truck in my possesion 4 days earlier than I even hoped! I definitely recommend this dealer to everyone. I can't say enough about them!
I was in the market to buy a used van at an affordable price, with an affordable payment. The salesman, Robert, took all my info over the phone and called me when everything was a go. I arrived at the dealership about a half hour before closing to pick up what was a new Dodge Grand Caravan. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. I had to wait a while because the finance manager was with another customer but he more than compensated once it was my turn to finish the deal. During my wait Robert made sure I was comfortable. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and experience. I asked for a stack of business cards because I plan on passing the word that this IS the place to buy a vehicle.
I was in the process of buying a 2011 Dodge Nitro from the Mall of Georgia which was listed as an internet special. My sales rep., Jeromy, was very helpful; however, the finance person, Magdalena, told me that since I wanted to have my daughter's name on the car, for whom I was buying the car, I needed to have $7,500 down on a $17,000 car with an interest rate of 7.4%, which was totally unacceptable. I tried to report this incident to the general manager, Kelly Dyer, but he never returned my calls (approx. 3) and the finance
person told me I should buy the car in my state of Michigan. I hope ALL prospective buyers and the owner, Jason Joal, take time to read these reviews. I am soooo glad I did. I would not buy a cup holder from this place.
