User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis dealer is awful. The people are rude and they service department doesnt even know how to fix their own vehicles. I had my vehicle in for routine maintenance and it came out with a mammoth problem. Literally happened the same day. I am not reaching for anything. The dealer then refused to stand behind their commitment to fix my car. I lost over 1.5K and eventually lost my car. If I had time to sue them I would have.

well i bought one car from this dealership. but after only a month i had check engine light came on and it was showing 3 error codes. i contacted the dealer and they would not stand behind there sale. leaving me with these costly repairs. what really gets me is i havemt even put 400 miles on it and my first payment is just coming do. i have stated to them i would not be shopping there again... but still stuck with this jeep
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRude and condescending.: I went to their website and found 25 of the 32 cars displayed were already sold. When I called to ask why, Kevin answered that he manages this website and that it takes two days to get them to come off. When I told him it was a complete waste of time for the consumer to go to a website in which 80% of the cars where already sold he started raising his voice and engaging the conversation with a condescending laugh. After this I told him that I would not be purchasing a vehicle from a company that allows their sales reps to speak with customers in such a way.
