CUSTOMER SERVICE??? HUH???: A family member had a bad experience with Andrew, however my financee convinced me to try them again. While looking to purchase a truck, the first time on a whim...we just stopped in and a sales person told us where the back lot was to look at the trucks. We were ok with that and breezed thru...mind you it was cold but no snow. One month later, we stopped in and this is what we experienced. A sales guy greeted us in the showroom and then proceeded to drive us around "back" to that same lot. He started up a Tahoe and wanted us to climb thru a combo of snow and mud to look at the vehicle. My fiancee was not happy. As he drove us back to the main building, the sales guy went on to tell us on much Andrew prides themselves on Customer Service. I thought "Really". Mind you, we went to another dealership where they cleaned the vehicle off from their lot, brought it in the showroom to take our time to look at all the features, etc., let us test drive it, etc. We received a tour of the building and were greeted by department personnel. This building was spotless as well and this is all before making a purchase.
I am writing just to say sometimes its just the little things that make the difference and not all the hoopla-balloons, giveaways, mailers with scratch offs, etc. Just plain old customer service. Another dealership in Waukesha did the same by getting the vehicle warmed up and bringing it to us. Wow what a difference!
