User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called ahead to see if they had a Spec V on the lot and they said they did. When I got there the sales person said it was in back of the lot. So on the way to the back he stopped at a 2.5S Sentra and started to tell me about it and I said I was there to see a Spec V. I guess he didn't get the point because he had to show me 2 other 2.5S Sentras. Turns out that they had no Spec V there at the time but they had a factory push on the 2.5S. Ended up buying the Spec V from Gordie Boucher Nissan on Hwy 100.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur family had been looking seriously for over a month when we finally came to Rosen. We were treated kindly and respectfully. They didn't try to pressure us and didn't mind that we went home and thought about it. The used car we decided on had little scratches on the bumper. They totally repainted both bumpers and gave us an extra key, at no additional cost. They even give a free car wash every Saturday. I love this dealer and would buy another car from them.
