    We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. Unfortunately, we are completely unaware of your issue and think you might have mistaken us for another retailer. It's never been our policy to not stand behind the products we sell. Unless stated (As-Is), we warranty all our products for 120 days, which is above the standard 30 days warranty given by most retailers. If you did buy the item from us, please contact the store and we will be more than happy to help you.

    I have used them for odd jobs over the past 5 years and have recommended them to friends, families, and customers. They have always been prompt, fair, and reliable. I love their "no problem, we'll take care of you" attitude. My only complaint is that my job moved further away from them, so I drive OUT OF MY WAY to bring repair jobs to them.
