User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCharlie really understands the meaning of customer service. When you are spending money on auto or home insurance it is really necessary to get a company that :
1. saves you money
2. explains the coverage to you
3. gives you excellent customer service
At Charlie's office, you will definately get all 3. When I signed up with State Farm, they gave me a premium that was about 30% less than all the other companies including Allstate and several Independent agencies. Even if you're just looking to see what is out there, I recommend giving Charlie about 10 minutes of your time to see what he can do for you!
