User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe 2 of us went there for lunch. They had 5 cars in the parking lot. Two employees (I beleive one of them was the owner)at the register ignored us when we walked in. The service was way to slow for them to only have 3-4 tables in the whole restaurant. The server did finaly come and wait on us with her bad attitude, you could totaly tell that she did not want to be there working. (Well if you hate your job that much QUIT.) Our drink glasses were empty most of the time as was the chip basket. The food was nothing to brag about, Cold and kinda tatse-less not any flavor to speak of. The only positive thing is that we got to leave and don't have to go back !! You can get this quality of service at Taco Bell.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJose, his Family and Staff of Professional wait personnel are just one reason we go back again and again,, the food is as good as it gets,, East, West. North, or South with no borders to bound them.. Worth more than just a visit,, a return is a must!

Great food at a good price. We moved from Hot Springs and it is one of the places we miss the most. Their Carne Asada with hot sauce is really good!

I can only say that you must have been there at a bad time or some other unknown reason,, the service you have explained is no way typical and has never ever been an issue before with anyone. Jose, Veronica, and the complete staff are not only courteous, prompt, and spot on with the order, they are also some of Arkansas' Best as voted so in the Arkansas Times. I have been there at various times including the time frame you mentioned, I, however have never seen the side you posted.
I love this place!!!It is one of the BEST mexican restaurant's in Hot Springs.Just moving here from Las Vegas where there is such a wide selection of places to eat,it was hard for me to find good authentic mexican food but this place has got it.The service was just as good the waitress took time to talk to my 3yr old daughter which is great to me.....I could go on forever but to bring it to an end I think the service you recieve somewhere also depends on your mood some people you just cant please!!
