Talk about lousy patient service! This Dr's office must be an extension of the Florida KKK, lol.. I thought it was the 1950's in this Dr.'s office with the level of racism the spanish girls at the desk treat you with! Obviously you can't be a black patient to get treated with any actual respect. The receptionists at the front desk will ignore you and give you dirty looks and direct you around like a dog, but with other latin patients smile and flatter and kiss ass. This is disgusting and needs to be corrected, if people are paying their money for a service they better get treated like a paying customer!

Terrible service.On my first time appointment, Dr. Rolando garcia was running late 2 hrs 1/2. I had to leave without seeing him in order to go to work. The waiting area of the clinic looked like an ER in a public hospital.
On my second appointment,I was told that I would have to fill all the paperwork again (more than 5 pages) because they had disposed the first one I filled (first appointment when I never saw the doctor)in the garbage.
I was at the window waiting for the attendant to collect my paperwork and she just ignored me because she was talking to her co-worker about the medical insurance she was going to choose.
Finally a nurse calls me inside and the first word that comes out of her mouth is that I had to take X-RAYS. I explained that I had 2 MR I discs and reports with me and I enquired her what the doctor would see on an X-RAY that he could not see on an MRI.
That was when the doctor interrupted me and stated:
- If you don't feel confortable with the X-RAY you are wellcomed to cancel your appointment.
And I replied:
Well, if that's the way you treat the clients, I will because the service in this clinic sucks anyway!
And I left.
I REALIZED RIGHT THERE THAT THIS DOCTOR DID NOT CARE FOR MY BACK OR WELL BEING BUT TO PILE UP AS MANY BILLS AS HE COULD FOR MY INSURANCE TO PAY!
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!!!
