We ordered 6 tablecloths and a bunch of napkins from here recently. Not the most difficult of orders for sure, but they were friendly, helpful, and everything looked nice. I'd use them again.

Horrible service!!! Horrible! I walked in with my mother to find out about linen rentals and possibly cocktail tables. We were not greeted and had to ask for help. The woman asked very few questions and never helped us by putting linens together on a table until I asked her to. Apparently she didn't want to have to hang them back up. I am an event manager and wedding director. I would never send a bride or client to them! I have heard from others in the industry that this place has fallen short on weddings days many times. I have heard things like they never showed and were not answering their phone on the day of the wedding. Don't risk it fellow brides! It's not worth it. Bad customer service usually means bad service all around!
