The limo arrived 10 minutes late at the pick-up point. The air conditioning was not working in the passenger cabin (the driver was fine!) on an 86 degree day. The driver seemed unfamiliar with the equipment and could not get the air conditioning to work. We rode 45 minutes total in a hot, dark box with no working electronics. The limo smelled of spilled beer and the interior was dirty. The car did not have a GPS device and so we had to shout directions to the clueless driver. A bad experience all around.-

Great Job!: Thnak you for your time on last Friday. Our driver waas great and she was very patient. Not easy to do when dealiing with (11) 9-year-old boys. The Excursion was roomy and very classy on the inside. I will refer business to you.
