Had my LASIK done at there TROY location,satisfied with the results so far,considering I had a lot of astigmatism to correct.I have been to three other places before choosing them. PROS Professional staff,Good doctor,Great protocol.No questions left unanswered.Great wait times,compare to the other places where I counted the 1001th sheep before the doctor got to me. Great price for customvue,compared to anyone nearby. CONS You have to go to TAYLOR location for the first follow up,no exceptions.If you are looking for a short drive,make sure you have gas and if not feeling too good first day post op,get some one to drive you. Odd timings: No evening times/no fridays here,all mornings and mid-weeks for everything. They get consent for surgery signed at the first visit itself,and assures you there is no commitment.God only knows what will happen if you turn around and say no. Post op medications;They wont call your post op medicines(which has to be picked up prior to surgery) till the last moment,even if you make a special request for an earlier call in.And they may even forget to call it in.Make sure you are prepared for some last minute running and some frantic phone calls,if your pharmacy is not near by/your work schedule is tight.

Staff was very friendly. Took time to answer questions and made me feel comfortable. Quality & care was professional. I would recommend Castleman to anyone looking for quality care. I have always had my vision taken care of at Castleman & will continue to do so.
