Our family is so thankful for the referral that was given to us that sent us to Dr. Rozenbaum’s practice almost two years ago. We knew from the first time we brought our dogs in that it was going to be a great relationship! Dr. Rozenbaum and his staff are SO WONDERFUL! They are caring, compassionate, honest, respectful, dedicated, reliable, flexible with our schedules, and of course, affordable!! It only takes one visit until you will realize all of these attributes and more! They truly care about you and your most cherished companions. They understand that they are not just a “family pet”, but SO much more! They are an important and loved part of your family. They will answer all of your questions you may have. If they are unsure of the answer, they will do whatever it takes to find out and always get back with you about it!! You never know or appreciate the importance of your Veterinarian until you are faced with a dire emergency with your beloved pet like our family was in May of this year. One of our two Golden Retreivers was involved in an attack by two other dogs. My husband called Dr. Rozenbaum’s office to let them know we were bringing our dog in right away. I can’t begin to explain how upset and frightened we were. When we first arrived, Ashley kept me constantly updated as to the situation, as I stayed out in the waiting room to scared to be right there while the Doctor and Renee evaluated Bentley and got him stabilized, and prepped for surgery, because he was in shock when he was brought in. I think I was a little in shock too, and Ashley would check on me to make sure I was also ok and would ask if I needed water or anything. I can remember asking Dr. Rozenbaum if Bentley was going to be OK. He replied that he was going to do everything possible to try and assure us he would have the best possible chance, but, that only time would tell because of the extensiveness of his wounds. Anyone of course would want to be told that “Yes, he will make it,” but we so appreciated his honestly because no-one at that point really knew and it would have been dishonest for him to have said anything else to us. Our family owes the skilled and loving care that was and still continues to be provided to our Bentley, for him to have made such a most remarkable recovery. We will be forever grateful along with our other Golden for giving us, our happy, tail wagging, Bentley back and Molson his playmate back. You can be assured; our dogs will remain most loyal patients for life!!
