It seemed very impossible in the beginning until I was referred to loanstanding by my sister because of her past experience with them. When we finally found a house that I wanted and suits my family, we made an offer and we were given only 30 days to close the escrow. During those 30 days, we had to secure a loan that I can afford. With the price of the house and my income, it was very difficult to meet all the requirements and I was ready to give up. But the people at loanstanding made everything seemed easy and feasible. They were very professional yet friendly. Now, I am living in the home of my dreams because of the people at loanstanding. I'm forever thankful to them. got what promised,closed on time: 1st time homebuyer of a new construction condo in the Chicago Loop. loanstanding walked me through the process, got me a great rate and we closed on-time with no problems. My loan officer even showed up at the closig to make sure everything went well. I would recommend using loanstanding.
