I should have known it was going to be an extra special evening at Ambrosia, as we were entering you were departing, giving us a big smile and a wave. The same attitude is instilled in your all your staff, from the doorman( who I believe has been there from day one) to Dennis McGhee, Philippe Antoine and Dana Hunt. The new summer menu was fantastic. Dennis was very accommodating, checking with you exqusite chef, Michael Rossi, to alter the preparation of the Sea Bass to the ladies taste. The entire meal and desserts were wonderful. We were there to celebrate the 32nd wedding anniversary of our good friends, Russ & Helen Koets. Unfortunately we forgot to bring our camera to capture the elegant ambiance. Dennis & Philippe made it an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Since it was the 1st time at Ambrosia for the Koets, Dana gave us entertaining and delightful tour of the restaurant and facilities. Thank you for bringing such a class restaurant to Santa Ana. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsValentine Day Dinner: My wife and I went to Ambrosia for Valentine's Day dinner. It was one of the most romantic dinner we have ever had in 12 years of marriage. From the Valentine's day dinner setting, to the amazing choices on the special menu, and a single long stem rose for my wife. It was the extra touches that made the evening unforgetable. We went to the Vault Lounge for dancing after dinner. I would reccomend Ambrosia for any occasion. We are already planning for Easter Brunch there
