    Unethical... Unreasonable... Rude... Doesn't care about their customers at all...

    I ordered a pizza to be delivered and paid with a credit card. They told me it would be about 45 minutes. The pizza was delivered in 1 hour, 55 min. The pizza was cold. The soda was warm.

    I called them and asked for a refund, but they wanted to come get the pizza in order to give me a refund!!! IRONIC because in NY, I have never been treated so disrespectfully. In NY, they care about their customers!!!

    It's very unfortunate, because they have good pizza - a little expensive though, especially since they don't treat their customers with the respect they deserve. My hope is that the owner who was so cruel on the phone to me, learns that when she starts losing business (after I blog about this one) she'll understand the customer comes first. Without the customer, you have no business~!!
