I went there on a sunday in just passing since I was hungry. They have a decent burger, but the level of service is crap. The worst part is it seemed like it was just me. One of the guys who appeared to be one of the owners was also tending bar totally was an ass, I had not even finished my beer when he was asking me if I wanted my check, and then whwn I did want to pay I waited for at least 15 minutes while he ignored me, and of course if I had wanted another beer, I wouldnt have had any luck, since he seemed as if he didn't want me there, based on his lack of attention. To be honest...don't waste your time with this joint, I think they only like certain people.

The Billygoat's burgers and other offerings are decent, but not anything that will keep you coming back.

However, even if the Billygoat's burgers were terrific, I still wouldn't go back. As a student, my friends and I visited the Billygoat a few times. The owner was usually very rude to us. He would actually direct insults at us about 'holding up lines,' or give us rude looks if we spoke other languages.

I found out later, after telling some friends of this jerk, that a lot of African American students also disliked him and thought he was really rude. None of my white friends that I had checked with who had eaten there had ever gotten rude treatment.

    So, be forewarned.
