Telemarketers, scamming money harassing citizens and generally criminals violating the FTC Telemarketer regulations and ignoring the Federal and State DoNotCall lists.
Report all calls to donotcall.gov and file in small claims court as they will be required to pay a substantial fine for violating the DoNotCall lists and telemarketer regulations. check the FTC website, -
